Adult Programs
We offer two types of Adult programs: Dance Fitness and Dance Performance.
Our Dance Fitness class, Dance Flow provides an excellent workout while teaching new dance steps and combinations each week. In our Dance Performance stream, which includes Jazz, Hip Hop and Lyrical, students will focus on dance technique and choreography, culminating in a performance in May that will showcase our Adult Performance classes.
Previous dance experience is not necessary for either the Dance Fitness or Dance Performance classes.
